SP ADDON ONLY NO FIVEM

This was originally a replace pack which I've now converted to addon.

All cars have actual three-stage lighting as they are real ELS vehicles. Change extra 12 to disable the hat on the dashboard, do not change any other extras.

Nineteen vehicles, spawn codes are GSP-GSP18.

Good pack the cars are great. Only thing was I had to go into the carvariotion.meta and change the siren and light settings to 1:23. Thank you ion know what other dude complaining about its only 650 mb. Get a dif gameconfig file heap adjuster etc.

good pack but you cant pull people over, and UB code 3 backup doesnt spawn with lights or sirens
