Retextures Sandy Shores sand to grass and dirt. It effects the entire Blaine County area, though its more apparent in Sandy Shores.

Love this mod, really makes Blaine County look amazing! I would recommend for any servers wanting to be based out of areas not located near a desert.

As of Nov, 24th, 2023 this resource is broken, due to the oversized assets, it causes major texture loss throughout the map

My character is just invisible and its not loading in might just be my pc tho
