LSPD Pack with Whelen Liberty 3.0 (SP) ELS 1.1

Pack made by Pano_Zaf, was uploaded to GTAPoliceMods (and apparently modification-universe but I never found it there).

Since the website isn't available anymore, and nobody can find the creator, thought I'd post here. 

There's also a missing livery for the CVPI in police4.

Contains standalone replacement vehicles, and DLC vehicles, along with relevant ELS files.

UPDATE - 09/01/23

- Edited both Vehicle Meta Files (replacement & DLC) to include the extended push bar and ALPR cameras by default on vehicles that allow them.  (As default with original meta, these would spawn with default push bars and no ALPR Cameras). 
 - EXTRA_10 = Extended Push Bar
 - EXTRA_12 = ALPR Cameras
- Police3, Police5 & Police7 only have the extended push bar, no ALPR Cameras
