For some reason you need the Sandy Hospital and Sheriff Dept to work, I have it uploaded in my profile, Not sure why but enjoy it! Hate resellers so I buy it so you dont!

 

remove the dependency from the fx manifest and it will work standalone

I have the sandy hopsital and sheriff station however still doesn't work. Not sure whats going on.
