This is a DLC File this car is not FiveM Ready.

Response from the author:

I never said it was fivem ready.  Anything I will let you know how to convert it yourself


Download Open IV (Look it up on gta5mods)

Then open the dlc file with open IV

After make a folder and make a stream and data folder within 

Drag the stream (looks like .yfts, ytd etc)

Then drag the data over to data. 

After that is all over you should have a file with the name of your choice (car name)

With 2 files within called stream and data full of what the file gave within OpenIV

 

I hope this helped you as of right now I currently don't have access to open IV otherwise I would convert it. Anyways Have a great night!
