School MLO + Basketball Court (Converted to SP) 1.0.0

Could you convert this specific MLO to SinglePlayer? Apparently I tried but mine SP version doesn't loads up. Something needs to be changed. 

The High School MLO by YBN Milos, is a shit amateur job. I'm talking the original FiveM version. It has texture issues everywhere, red and blue squares that appear in the classrooms and really annoying flickering textures near the stairs leading up and those to the exits.

A real kiddie MLO. You can convert it to SP but you'll have the same issues
