Select that  entire block and move it. in my screenshot i moved it a few storeys bellow under the subway station. And the results are perfect

That's great. Dumb question but the block you're removing it, does it belong to the vanilla map or is it part of the mod? Also, can't  you just delete it from OpenIV? Would be wonderful if you could just upload the fixed part of it belongs to the mod.

Guys replace these files with the ones I posted below for QB-Core users in qb-smallresources stream folder. I have edited them, then just clear your cache and it should all be good.

Bruh. I took your files and installed them in my SP conversion in OpenIV. Guess what? Doors work perfectly, all the black boxes are gone, no texture issues. Thank you so much even though this was meant for QB.

On a different note, is there a change log here? This file has been updated several times with no reason given for the changes.

It means the file is two names instead of a single line. Typically when you add resources that have more than one word, you use a _ instead of a space. Example:
Air Port = Error
Air_Port = good to go
