went through all the comments to get it to work, managed to get it working but i cant see it on the addon weapons section of the simple trainer menu, spawned it by name works but it breaks my weapon wheel and cant save it as a loadout any suggestions thanks

Hey, sorry I didn't respond to you sooner, these animations arent in the TLS DDM4 pack, they are custom poses that you can find on gta5.mods or if you want me to Ill just send you the link https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/custom-rifle-poses-add-on

I don't know how it works in fivem, I only know for LSPDFR. But try look in the rar files for DDM4V7 there should be a tutorial on how to spawn it for both Fivem and LSPDFR.
