does anyone have it 100% fixed like if yall do so people cant enter i would be happy and maybe convert it to fivem version'

Not yet.. I'm still trying to figure out how to remove the double layer grass, the entrance collision. The best thing I can advise for now is use menyoo to drag yourself inside. This is an ongoing process.
