Did a quick ELS conversion and these work insanely well in SP. Even all the extras work great, and they look super dope with the JA Design NYPD liveries leaked on here. Thanks immensely for this, would be equally awesome to see someone leak Ripple's Rotator pack to compare. Regardless, you've help me find one of the very few packs I was still looking for, thanks.

If you managed to successfully install this pack into SP using LML, this link should be all you need. I use OPEN IV dlcpacks for all natural ELS cars, and LML for all FIveM/Non ELS cars. Once you have the pack working in game you just need to rename this xml file and put it in your ELS folder for each and every car model in the pack. Works like a charm, Im afraid Im not experienced to upload stuff so I hope this helps.

It's extremely easy, I believe you just download NON ELS to ELS on lcpdfr, then rename the xml in the download to the vehicles name and you're done once you drop it into packdefault
