I also cannot pull people over. It blips them just won't allow the full stop.

I have found a fix, Go under carvariations.meta and change sirensettings Value="0" to "1"

Im also having the not being able to pull over issue, im a bit stupid, can you just tell me where the carvariations.meta is located?

i just had the same problem & didnt know it was a common issue with this pack and im late but it's --> mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>floridahighwaypatrol>dlc.rpf>common>data
