I've made it ELS add-on, it's just not publicly released yet because I'm looking into making it replace the default ambulance. Also trying to do some of Redsaint's fire engines too.

i wish you could leak the WorldWide rp cars, especially the municipal police cars, they are fire and based in massachucetts 

why would you upload encrypted files when NO ONE can use them?  How about you unencrypt the files before uploading them.  These files are pretty much useless.
