This has already been leaked elsewhere, however this is my version with some added fixes.

Fixes: 

Removed invisible pole in front of bay 9
Removed additional Trash and Trash cans at the front giving a much cleaner look
Removed exterior fencing from the front parking lot bays so they can actually be used
Removed rear fencing causing collisions with AI traffic
