one of the ghosted ones? this is a known issue, i think the dev messed up the carcols.meta. 

EDIT: either try editing the carcols.meta or use another ghosted one

go through the extras 1 and 2 should be the lights.

you likely have too many dlc vehicles installed

there is always a limit  regardless of gameconfig or any value adjuster you install

Even when i only have that dlc it crashes but all others work. Can you add me on discord and maybe help me? Ive modded for 6 years and never seen this issue. My discord is bryson9350

Found the issue. ELS is saying some of the VCF's are faulty. when i remove them i dont have a crash

Are these files locked or unlocked?

What is the deal with Unit 104. The lights don't work at all. I tried using menyoo extras and replacing them with slick XLM file and they still only flash. 

So why the black charger Unit 168 and the blue (Nighthawk 104 or 708) units don’t work once. You have 168 in openiv. I had to remove 168 in order to get 704 to work. The blue lights are all jacked up if unit 168 is in the game. 

it says that I finished the downloads for today, what does that mean?
