When you say it doesn't work, Meaning the old grove street is still there? Or is it partly working? ! After turning on MP maps , did you go to the casino to make sure it was the MP casino ? 

Reason I asked , is because I used to have mod in my game that didn't allow me to us MPMAPS at all which stopped me from using alot of MLOS in which case I fixed by Deleting the 64a.rpf folder!

Because I Ensure you, It most definitely works in SP , I test all my uploads before uploading!

No doubt brother, Did you have any issues installing or using this Map??

I have a clean copy of gta with scripthook v installed it just don't show up bro

That's Awesome Man 😄 !!! Do you mind sharing with me how you got it to work ? 

and Yes I was thinking of doing a video on how to convert, There are many out there but most are a bit vague . I'll get that done as soon as I can. Think I'll just do it with the next one I convert.

I just reinstall gta and added back scripthook v, openiv, etc then with simple trainer I enabled mp maps then boom! If you make a video please drop link here
