This is the Liberty City Preservation Project + HD Textures, Since Rockstar and the developers have decided to shut it down I'm gonna leak it on here since u can barley find the download for it, its really cool 

The HD one is 30Gb

and the standard is 11.3Gb

there all OIV Files
