Why is there a Red Saint Valor mega pack in here? Was it added in by accident?

I was wondering the same thing, I opened the pack and found it, free pack I guess!

I was a little thrown off at first, didnt know a bunch of .pngs can go up to 1.6 GB. haha

Yea I was wondering where it came from. Probably a glitch but idk 

dnt know why i try 9-10th time but cant download the pack its always stop near 600mb start with 2mbps speed and suddenly it becomes 0 dnt know why

Just find them on the site fam, they everywhere

is there not a pack of all the vehicles?

these are just liveries, so why would you put this on here and recommend the vehicles, that you have to pay for,  that supposedly work with these liveries?  I know most of the vehicles that were mentioned have terrible handling.  Before you say anything a lot of those vehicles are on this site and I've tested them as well as my friend and the handling was terrible, these are vehicles that are being sold for ridiculous prices.
