Most FD Chiefs trucks around where I live are ghosted some with and some without a light bar.  Don't criticize someone's work when it's based on IRL and don't judge someone's work if you don't have anything to contribute ie make you're own vehicles. 

your anecdote does not change the fact that most fd vehicles are not ghosted nor does it answer why they should be

the actual purpose of a ghosted fd vehicle is for take home policys especially those communities with HOA and restrictions as the subdued graphics are less distractig then a bright red bill board but that is the reason my chief qouted alot going to subdued take home graphics

fd vehicles are supposed to be visible it’s like those black ambulances in texas 

the hoa thing makes kinda sense though you’d think that emergency services shouldn’t have to make accommodations for hoa
