Probably you haven't loaded it fully is a possibility. I'd make sure your on gamebuild 2372 or better. And maybe there is something to disable on bob74_ipl but i dont think so.

Texture loss in front of the Cityhall. Any ideas why ? Before you ask, no compatibility problem. I tried to install it locally and only this mapping and got this issue.

how do i remove the other prison?

got alot of texture bugs in the townhall toilets and the townhall cells (toilets fully broken, cells only the blue metal (benches and barrs))
