Yes, the script is open to the public. You can search for it on CFX itself, which has everything you need for this.

Open the file in OpenIV and create a folder called "Studio Canyon" and another folder called "Stream". Inside the Stream folder, copy all the files YDR, YBN, Manifest, etc. into it. DO NOT COPY content.XML, setup2.xml, and x64. Create a new resource. And then the Fivem version will be ready.

 how to u convert to sp cause people say there decrypting maps but in fact there just removing the cx lock so the fivem server will read them the ydrs r still encrypted which results in them not working in sp the ydrs need to be decrypted not just unlocked so explain how to convert a decrypted file to sp when the ydrs r still locked 

also i bought the decrypted ems hospital but cant convert tosp can u please do it n repost also after tyhe halloween sideshow for sp

i got it working in sp terrible conversion dude u had 1 rpf it needs to  i used dlc creator then u had everything in the one rpf u need ycds.ydr.ybn ydd in normal rpf then u need ytyp ymf and ymaps in metadata folder this version u may av decrypted it but converted it for sp wrong iv got the working sp version if i can repost it

Use Simple Trainer V - go under the teleport tab, it's in there somewhere.

Você precisa de ycds.ydr.ybn ydd no rpf normal, então você precisa de ytyp ymf e ymaps na pasta de metadados. Esta versão pode ter sido descriptografada por você, mas convertida para o sp errado. Eu consegui a versão funcional do sp. Se eu puder postar novamente.
