This only appears to replace building at the mechanic shop in mirror park with some clipping. Sadly did not come with the bay area

Description says "MirrorPark Luxury Homes Part2" but it's actually "Luxury Homes Bundle [1]" as title says.
There are 3 spots (or 4 if you split one into two parts as author did): near vespucci beach, near weazel news building (replacing construction zone and building around it), and replacing mirror park mechanic area.
