Major handling corrections for multiple vehicles:
gburrito, monroe, rebel, regina, ruiner, infernus (wrong roll behavior fixed) -
Updated or replaced models for:
pigalle, vacca, ruiner, sentinel (concept car replaced with a real vehicle) -
Texture upgrades for select vehicles (including monroe & vacca)

Real-life OEM color palettes added to several vehicles,
including the full Tornado family (tornado, tornado2, tornado3, tornado4) -
New license plate system – Phase 1
Traffic now includes plates from states outside California
(small but realistic distribution — will be expanded further in v2.2+) -
Improved optimization across the board
Better models, cleaned meta files, fewer inconsistencies,
and more efficient memory usage across DLCs -
More fixes and tweaks throughout the pack
