That's your network having issues, is my guess. It works for everyone else but just not you. Idk what to do, my guy.

it's also happening for me, which is weird because 3.5 never had this issue

network error for me as well, tried restarting computer and doesn't seem to work.
Using ethernet if that could even be a factor.

I don't have the error, so I don't know what could cause it other than the file size, but when I download it, then it works perfectly. Maybe try using a VPN or something?
