You can make it SP or an add-on yourself, but my guess is probably FiveM. Maybe SP, if you want, I can find out for you.

you can convert but they are fivem

If you got a SP version you would do me a BIG Favour and others too probably because i have no idea how to convert

if you seriously do not know how to rename files, please get off the game you have more important priorities
