are you using it in fivem? if its not showing The body panels they are a extra you have to add with a mechanic script or a admin menu like vmenu.

yep using in five whit my command admin /car  and it spawn a buggy texture not finish truck

what do you mean by buggy texture? I have verified the file on my server and it seems to work fine it is possible you got a bad download and all I can recommend is to try downloading the file again at this time.
