Correct, the replace version.. If you read the details of the files, it clearly states "Google Drive Upload Got Deleted". If you try and download the addon version it takes you to a google drive, and it says the author deleted the file or has been moved to their trash.

Anyone know how to install it? it's different than other dlc files?

It's a dlc pack. Legit just install the dlc pack and els files.

How does it not work? I'm sure you can understand that saying it doesn't work isn't very helpful. There's no way that it doesn't work it's a dlcpack. Use it all the time. 

No xmls for lights. All cars are suppose to be a dlc.rpf

um i installed it with openiv's package installer and it still doesnt work. not sure how to fix it. the cars dont show up in the trainer add on spawner.
