Same way you would make a database for a a economy server, multiple youtube tutorials.

Can't even use the SP version because we can't add attachments.

do i must have menev for spawn weapon and attachment?   or it can sqawn with simple trainer?

there is an sql loadouts you can import to your database then it should work properly.

theres no client file with main.lua

I cant put in markomods menu with client folder

you can if you use simple trainer and manualy spawn the attachment using the name

For anyone wanting to apply attachments without any issues. just go into your simple trainer.ini and copy/paste into the right category witch is [AddedWeapons] and [addedweaponcomponents]
