Launcher Leaks is for leaking stuff for free not to charge just as much as the other developers

Not EUP but I wana know where you got the Liberty City Island everyone I found crashes when you get near it or is unable to download.

So i  installed the pack when i spawn any uniform, nypd, or fdny itll spawn but the clothing is all messed up like no way to fix it??

Maybe you have the new version of EUP, but this pack is outdated, have old version of EUP. I don't know, but if it's true, you need replace textures manually for example or dowload old version of EUP.
