I can tell you for sure this has never been leaked. Ferious Devs old Liberty pack has been leaked but this is the first time the 2022 pack has been leaked.

That is how the file comes Ferious is a dumb ass when it comes to making it easy for buyers. the fivem ready file has nothing in it not sure why he did it the way he did.
