it work now i had to restart the whole server pc for some reason but now it work

Yeah, for sql to update you will have to restart especially if your using windows.

QB version ? And why u upload 2 rar files whats the difference ?

Thats a normal process, sometimes servers take a second restart to run script 

I always delete out my server cache files to when baking in scripts and restarting server
