Wheres the ELS file?

ill look into it, i downloaded it and posted it, i tested it and it worked.

heres some steps:

1) Delete handling.meta

2) Go into the vehicle.meta file and locate handling ID

3) Type PHANTOM into the spot where it has the handling id, save and retest, should work. I don't know why theres no texture, I can look into it
