Also having a texture issue, anyone else having this problem? 

Something similar happened to me when i was testing the mod, (2nd floor not apearing too) so i uninstalled some interior mods and it didn't glitch anymore, this interior have a lot of textures and models in it so it's pretty demanding. I will post another interior for this building, it's lighter so it shouyld work better 

This is an awesome conversion and leak. Would it be possible to convert some sort of Sandy Shores Sheriff's station to a SP DLC?
