The eup oiv keeps saying a thing about an archive

i am now stuck on an infinite loading screen

now whenever i go on duty, lspdfr crashes

as said "some of the stuff in here is to help you make dlc like pack combiner ect and is not supposed to be used and if ur game crashes take the stuff out it all depends on ur pc and how it may handle certain stuff Some OIV that u can just use Open IV " so if u are having problems take out some stuff and make sure your up to the lastest rage plugins and script hook V otherwise theres much i can do to help
