i have no other cars in besides those in the pack so i dont get it

Great price however half of the SASP cars are missing in the files. the metas are in the download but no actual vehicle files. 
Another thing is that some of the cars don't spawn in after someone adds them to the game. But for $45 I would say it's a good start.

So it shows that there is more vehicles in the meta files but for the Vehicle files it is missing most of these cars

It only has sasp1-3 which are

How do i fix the SASP cars?

Nor do most of the lights on the cars not work

I made it able to spawn it in, but there is texture bugs and the lightbar dont work
