go to "mod menu" then change something in there, one of them will add them on

just got this as a one of one imported into my home city where i rp and its a beauty 10/10 i would reccomend

Do I install this to the dlclist.xml as an addon or how do i install this? I noticed it has the yft and ytd files for vehicles.rpf i just wanna be sure
