can you make this into an oiv or dlc or replace files

I can definately work on it! 

If you even wanted to do this yourself its pretty simple through OpenIV - Its just doing the opposite as you do making a vehicle FiveM ready.

 

Also which load of vehicles specifically?

the lights dont work, they are non-els but the lights are bugged
