how do you install these files, like what is the directory for these files?

I put it in my server and it is not loading, I tried both ensuring the resource and putting all the files in my EUP stream individually. Where can they be found in the game, what section and number??

Did anyone FIgure out if this works for SP? If it does, does it replace the current EUP ranks or just add on to them?
