[ELS] Allen Development Patreon Cars

I have a question relating to the almost all of the Durango's. They spawn and the tail lights are green and the tires have so some of image over them and the grills turn red. Is this something I've done or a issue with my computer? Just curious. Is this something I can fix in a setting or any advice on this? Thanks to anyone how would know this.

Is it replaced by another vehicle?  In a police3 or police 2 etc?

No it was an Add-on the black around the interior lightbar goes almost gray and the wheels and tail lights and grill just don't show up properly. Attached is a quick view of some of what I see.

idk i bought straight from allen and dragged in dropped i have not tested hes a shitty dev so it might be why

Are all the packages there?
