This is Las Venturas fully unlocked and playable in SP. Kind of at better use on SP, as the scripts are yet to be cracked on FiveM.
I believe this only works on certain game versions (so anyone who's on a downgraded version may struggle), but I managed to get it to work on SP. 
As well as the FiveM leak, the IPL loader hasn't been leaked also. So the map is pretty much always there on the map. You may be able to use the public script to get it to load and unload but I haven't tried that yet.
The new decryption stuff has been a blessing for SP stuff, I've been converting a lot of stuff to SP, so if you are interested in any or even any other FiveM leaks then you can ask.
