I don't know how it works in fivem, I only know for LSPDFR. But try look in the rar files for DDM4V7 there should be a tutorial on how to spawn it for both Fivem and LSPDFR. -

If its crashing yall's game then its some addon in one of your dlcpacks crashing you. Go through you dlcpacks and dlclist.xml. -
