You have to install nve dec23 first then copy the folder from the upscaler package into your gta5 folder , dont forget to use latest scripthook. Make Sure there is no dxgi.dll in your gta5 Main folder because it is hooked via dxgi.asi which is included in the package. Open up nve settings ingame load nve.ini and activate dlss / dlaa (tested on my rtx3060) , if u own rtx4*** u can also use frame generator. (Only visible if u have rtx 4*** +) thats it. Worked for me. -
