This does work. It won't work properly when you local host it. You can use something free to test such as Repl. Once you insert all of the web files into your service all you have to do from there is start an sql database, if you don't feel like paying or local hosting the database you can use something like freemysqlhosting.net and go to the sql file and import that into the database, link everything up in the config file. Make sure to add the correct redirect to the discord bot. Once you've done that it should work perfectly.
