within the files provided there is no API url locked within the source itself, the line searches for a "localhost" then checks for an api key but comes back as "null" so it looks for the config option. essentially if you know what you're doing you can write an API and do your own setup for it. Just decompile the Server net(s) files to know which variables you need and go from there with it.
