to fix the no sound issue find <audioNameHash>w211</audioNameHash> in the vehicles.meta and change the v211 part into a gta cars audio hash name to find the audio name hashes goto https://gtaforums.com/topic/503904-iv-vehicle-sound-directory/ and find something anything will work for example if you put it to <audioNameHash>buffalo4</audioNameHash> it would be the buffalo4 engine sound
