I tried converting it to SP but the moment you get closer, the screen completely flickers. It's probably decrypted for FiveM but doesn't mean it's open sourced to SP.

I am aware of that, I'm not sure how to fix it. It's possible it could be a graphics mod issue or maybe other installed maps conflicting with it. -
I hope someone can decrypt my V.2 of it. -
