Please note - I DID NOT test all 450 vehicles I just don't have time for that, but everything they release is not encrypted and working in OpenIV.

- THE FILES ARE LOCKED IT SEEMS. This is how they were sent to me; I haven't unlocked them yet - I was going to convert them for SP use eventually.
- Two files included. Vehicle Pack & Sounds + Extras.
- Downloaded [1/5/2024] - if there was an update after this date I wouldn't know or have it.
- If someone can unlock them quicker than I could, that would be awesome. I'm still learning the process so it may take a while for me to do it.
