If you're running them on SP, then simply copy all the stream files from the downloaded mlo & replace all files inside an existing working DLC Though some maybe most of them nowadays are encrypted so bear in mind that the problem are the mlos -

wuss the problem man, just find an already converted SP (recommend MRPD) and delete all the files inside the inner rpf (example: replacement.rpf) with the files from the stream folder from the current DLC u trying to replace
