they can be done but i don’t have the tool that works on ONX cars. those need a bypass, unlocknow can do it for you but im not sure how much they’ll charge for them all

when was part two dropped? what cars are in there? they SHOULD all be in the ems pack i uploaded, i can’t see the ems cars on their website sadly if you’re talking about part 2 of the winter update. i have every single car from it and it’ll be uploaded today ready for SP

i haven’t tried them personally, only opened them in OIV, i know someone i sent them to has used them in their own fivem server if that’s how you plan to use them and they worked fine there. what ones did you have spawning issues with and i’ll try and test it today? as for the lights and sirens there’s a way to get them working but i’ll have to ask around. i think since they updated the game with new police cars for online, they’ve changed up how they work
