   Welcome to La Puerta Apartments. A construction site that stood unfinished for years has finally been completed — and now, a modern residential complex has emerged in the heart of the city. Luxury apartments with stunning views, a green oasis with a park and terrace offer ideal conditions for living in the city's rhythm without sacrificing comfort. Here, comfort, style, and tranquility come together to create the perfect urban lifestyle.

   Finish the iconic Downtown Los Santos sky line with this complete redevelopment of the long-abandoned Mile High Club construction site. Inspired nearly 1:1 by the real-world L.A. Live complex in Downtown Los Angeles, this mod transforms the unfinished block into a fully realized commercial and entertainment district. The centerpiece is the towering MHC (Mile High Club), based on the Ritz-Carlton, accompanied by the connected J.R. Pierre hotel, inspired by the JW Marriott. Completing the development is the Weazel Theater, a near 1:1 recreation of the Peacock Theater with a fully modelled interior, bringing new life and entertainment to the heart of the city.
   • Finished and fully modeled Mile High Club skyscraper.
   • Added J.R. Pierre hotel based on the real-life location.
   • Added the Weazel Theater, based on the real-life Peacock Theater with a faithful recreation of the interior.
   • Complete transformation of the former construction site.
   • Custom rooftop details and architectural features.
   • Designed to blend seamlessly with GTA V’s vanilla aesthetic.
   • Heavily and faithfully inspired by the real world location in Downtown Los Angeles.
   • High quality, lore-friendly recreation for all Snigleplayer players.
