you cant exec a sql file u have to actually add it into your database anthing with a .cfg u can exec inside the server.cfg but not sql files and correction its /weapons command for the menu -

Loadout for this is handled via mysql question are u exec a mysql for ur server if its standalone then i understand but look at the loadout when u create an loadout using the /weapon command and saving this it saves via database. When i tested this out on a zombie server my ass was scared ass fucc and when i ran the command i seen that the loadout didnt save due to me not running a database so yeah check that run the sql and make sure there database connection inside ur server console -
